A BIRD'S EYE VIEW OF TURTLE-SHAPED PENANG ISLAND REVEALS THE CONTRASTING BEAUTY OF PENANG'S ECO-BIODIVERSITY.

Along the north coastline, palm-fringed, white sand beaches prevail. In the island's centre, forested areas contain natural lakes waterfalls, age-old trees, rare tropical plants and shrubs.

THE LIGHT will respect these indigenious environmental elements which have contributed in no small part to the Penang essence or Penang air which locals and foreign visitors love, seek and enjoy.

Along the eastern coastline where our project, THE LIGHT, is located, the land is swampy. New trees will be planted and ample greenery will be integrated into the design to create green zones enhancing part of the entire experience of visiting this site.

This initiative is in line with IJM Land Berhad's commitment towards greening the environment.
