Implementation of Green Concept at Phase I
 
Energy management
1. Usage of photovoltaic panel
• Streetlight
• Compound lighting
• Parking area / garage
• Guard house

2. Energy efficiency
• Introducing of light chimney (natural light-skylight)
• Solar water heater (toilet and lap/swimming pool)
• Introducing energy efficiency lighting (Philip/Osram)
• Using of LED light/lamp (where applicable)

3. Introducing wind turbine with photovoltaic panel as source of energy
Water management
1. W.C. dual-flush cistern system for every toilet or separate urinal

2. Rainwater harvesting (for gardening, w.c., carwash) becomes water feature as well as an irrigation channel

3. To link the treated water from the nearest wastewater treatment plant to the development as a source of irrigation water.

4. Storm water treatment using Bio-Ecological Drainage System

5. Using drip or sub-surface root irrigation systems regulated with a timer
