Implementation of Green Concept at Phase I
 
Energy management
1. Energy efficiency
• Introducing of light chimney (natural light-skylight)
• Using of LED light/lamp (where applicable)


2. Introducing wind turbine & solar panel as source of energy
Water management
1. W.C. dual-flush cistern system for toilet or separate urinal (where applicable)

2. Rainwater harvesting (for gardening)

3. Water efficient fittings to reduce water consumption.

4. Central water filtration system to ensure cleaner water to all occupants
Waste Management
1. Introducing area for recycle (plastic, glass, metal, paper)

2. Minimising construction waste
Building material use
1. Low VOC paint would be used to ensure well-being of the occupants
Innovation and Design Process
1) Dedicated jogging paths and bicycle track within the development to promote healthier living

2) Energy saving air-conditioners with built-in inverters

3) Centralized vacuum system in The Light Point and The Light Collections. This is to reduce the amount of air-borne particles that would be reintroduced back into the habitable space.
